Skilled Laborer Program
Our flagship 16.5 week Skilled Laborer Course is a NYS Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program designed to mirror real job site expectations. Trainees are cross-trained in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC. electrical, and cement masonry while learning the importance of punctuality, attendance, project execution, and professional accountability. Every detail-from sign-in sheets to hands-on field simulations-is crafted to prepare participants for success in the real world of construction.
Construction Trades Career Pathway Program
This 10 week program, delivered in partnership with the Workforce Buffalo, offers two distinct career paths: the Skilled Laborer class and the Heavy Equipment Operator class. Participants choose their focus while still gaining exposure to critical industry principles and hands-on experience. Whether you're looking to lay the foundation or move heavy ground, this program sets you on the right path.
