We are Independent Contractors Guild, a nonprofit NYSDOL registered apprenticeship program that provides a well-trained workforce for industries.  We are a member-led Construction Workers Union united by the dedication to build the workforce and improve the lives of workers in the skilled trades. We believe in taking action and providing training that promotes fairness and equality in the construction field.
